Asparagus and Bacon
1 lb. Crisp asparagus stalks
1/4 cup of Crumbled bacon
1 tbls. Lemon juice
1 tbls. fresh Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Trim tough ends from asparagus and cut into thirds. Cook asparagus in oil until crisp tender. Add bacon, lemon juice and parsley. Heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
