1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 16 oz. jar salsa
1 15 oz. can baked beans
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
1 15 oz. can light kidney beans, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Combine ground beef, salsa, beans, onion green pepper, brown sugar and vinegar in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 casserole dish. Bake covered for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Serves 6.
