1 lb. fresh crabmeat, cartilage removed Melt butter in a large pot. Add celery, onion and frozen corn. Saute until tender. Add milk, half and half, and cream cheese. Stir until mixture is blended. Add potato, white wine and Old Bay to taste. Simmer until potato is tender. Add crabmeat and heat through. Serves 6.
