Crab Chowder

1 lb. fresh crabmeat, cartilage removed
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. frozen corn
3 tbls. butter
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup half and half
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
2 cups chopped potato (frozen ok)
1/4 cup white wine
Old Bay

Melt butter in a large pot. Add celery, onion and frozen corn. Saute until tender. Add milk, half and half, and cream cheese. Stir until mixture is blended. Add potato, white wine and Old Bay to taste. Simmer until potato is tender. Add crabmeat and heat through. Serves 6.
