Pork Chops and Rice

6 boneless Pork Chops
1 cup uncooked Rice
2 cups Hot Water
1 15.5 oz can Stewed Tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped coarsely
1 large Onion, chopped coarsely
6 tsp. Butter
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350'F.

Season pork chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat a large frying pan with cooking spray and brown pork chops on both sides. Pour rice evenly into a large greased baking dish. Top with pork chops, hot water, stewed tomatoes, green pepper and onion. Dot with butter. Cover and bake for 2 hours. Serves 6.
