16-20 oz. frozen cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
26 oz. jar pasta sauce
16 oz. ricotta cheese
16 oz. shredded mozzarella
Grease or spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spread 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce on bottom. Layer half of the tortellini, half of the remaining spaghetti sauce, half the ricotta and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6.
For more variety add sliced pepperoni, sliced mushrooms or cooked ground beef.
