Wiener Schnitzel

Ingredients:

4 thinly sliced pork cutlets or boneless pork chops

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 tbls. vegetable oil

1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Directions:

Using a meat tenderizer, pound meat into thin slices. Combine flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture, then eggs, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in frying pan and brown pork on each side. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
